James Dalessandro and Ken Estin, the masterminds behind the 3D animated series WAY COOL WORLD, collaborated with Artenergy to bring their vision to life. Inspired by Antsy McClain’s exquisite songs and characters, Artenergy infused magic into every frame, creating a true testament to their collaborative spirit.
In the enchanting realm of animation, Artenergy’s creative prowess shines brightly. When tasked with developing three custom storyboards for an upcoming animated series, Artenergy embarked on a journey fueled by passion, innovation, and artistic finesse — the process unfolded seamlessly.
I searched all over the world, literally, and out of 20 designers, Artenergy was unmatched. Sergey created the storyboards, located an animation company in Northern India, and participated in the marketing, production, and merchandising, providing patient and tireless creative energy to everything. Way Cool World would have gone nowhere without him and will go nowhere without him in the future. He is unique.

Scene and Environment: In the initial phase of the project, Artenergy developed an aerial view map of the town and its surrounding areas. This map was crucial in establishing the correct landscaping and ensuring smooth scene transitions. Subsequently, cameras were strategically placed on the map, with precise directions to guide the scene setup effectively. Following this, detailed drawings of the scenes were produced to visualize and refine each aspect of the environment.
Conceptualization: Artenergy meticulously crafted each scene, breathing life into the characters and their adventures. Utilizing the StoryBoom software, which proved invaluable for overlaying and refining the project, the storyboard became the blueprint, capturing the essence of WAY COOL WORLD. The app facilitated seamless collaboration and allowed for easy adjustments, ensuring that each scene aligned perfectly.
Characters and 3D Magic: Guided by Antsy McClain’s initial style, Artenergy expanded the cast with new, vibrant characters. These animated personas danced across the frames, each with a distinct personality. Together with the Cedge animation team, Artenergy breathed life into the WAY COOL WORLD with mesmerizing 3D visual delight.
